To kick-off the campaign, Angie joined elementary school children and their moms Wednesday afternoon to make a few recipes featuring some of these new and unusual vegetables. Angie shared ideas, activities, tips, tools and tastes designed to make learning to love vegetables an exciting everyday escapade.
Angie Harmon is an American fashion model and television/film actress. She became a well-known model in the 1990s and then developed a career as a television star. The winner of several modeling contests, Angie has graced the runways of Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani and Donna Karan and appeared on the covers of ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar and Esquire. She currently stars opposite Sasha Alexander in the new TNT hit drama series RIZZOLI & ISLES.
