Colonia Real Estate AG reschedules the publication of the annual financial
statement 2010 to April 20, 2011
Cologne, March 1, 2011. Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne, (ISIN
DE0006338007) (also referred to as Colonia in the following) postpones the
publication of the annual financial statements for the 2010 financial year
to April 20, 2011. Originally the publication of the financial figures for
the 2010 financial year should take place on March 29, 2011.
With the postponement of the publication of the annual financial statements
for the financial year 2010 Colonia is given more time to adjust possible
strategic and operational changes of its business activities in the company
planning respectively the report on expected developments as early as
possible.
