MATTOON, Ill., March 1, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On February 28, 2011, the board of directors of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on May 1, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2011.
