Faaborg, Denmark, 2011-03-21 18:47 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mr Christian Ermose has resigned from the board of directors of Sparekassen Faaborg due to the age limit decided by the articles of association.
Election of a new member in replacement of Christian Ermose is not recommended due to the merger with Svendborg Sparekasse, cf. Sparekassen Faaborg’s company announcement of 2 March 2011.
The board of directors of Sparekassen Faaborg is now made up by 9 members inclusive of 4 members elected by the staff.
