DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 21 March 2011, the trustee of the G4S Employee Benefit Trust granted the
following conditional allocations of ordinary shares in the Company under the
