About amendments to the closed-end investment fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” documents

„Citadele Asset Management” IPAS hereby informs that the general meeting for the closed-end fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” investors took place on March 28, 2011, the agenda of the general meeting covered the extension of the Fund’s operating duration and introduction of the corresponding amendments to the documents of the closed-end investment fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” (prospectus and fund rules). Decision regarding the extension of the Fund’s operating duration and introduction of the corresponding amendments to the documents of the closed-end investment fund „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” (prospectus and fund rules) has been taken by the investors representing more than three-quarters of the total Fund value represented in the general meeting, voting in favor. Amendments to the documents of the closed-end fund will become effective after a month from the date they are registered with Financial and capital market commission.
