Elcoteq SE has received the Formal Decision of the Export Financing Revolving Credit Facility

As informed earlier in Elcoteq's Financial Statements Bulletin on March 29, the
Company was informed on March 24, 2011 that the Board of Directors of a
Hungarian Bank had made a positive decision to grant via their subsidiary bank a
5 year export financing revolving credit facility to the Hungarian subsidiary of
the Company.

Elcoteq has now received the positive formal decision by the bank's subsidiary
Magyar Export-Import Bank Zrt., who will be the facility agent arranging the
export financing revolving credit facility for the Company's Hungarian
subsidiary. The amount of the credit facility is 100 million euros and its
utilization is dependent on the export volumes of the Company's subsidiary in
Hungary. Elcoteq expects that the loan documentation will be finalized by May
31, 2011.
