Saab receives additional consideration for divestment of Saab Space

Saab receives additional consideration for the divestment of Saab Space
of MSEK 60. The consideration will be recorded as a capital gain in the
second quarter 2011.

On July 15, 2008, Saab announced the divestment of Saab Space to Swiss
Aerospace and Defence group RUAG Holding AG.

In addition to the fixed purchase price of MSEK 335 Saab was entitled to
an additional consideration if Saab Space generated a positive
performance over a certain time period.

The result for the additional consideration is MSEK 60 and will be
recorded as a capital gain in the second quarter 2011.
