according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on aligna AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 44.45% (this corresponds to 10745574 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 29.99%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7250000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Sanaworx Holding AG.
