AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Apr 18, 2011) - Mike Bloxham, a noted expert on the evolution and integration of traditional and digital media, has joined Trendline Interactive as vice president of Insights and Consulting, where he will build a research practice to service the company's growing roster of clients.
Trendline Interactive (www.trendlineinteractive.com), an Austin, Texas-based cross-channel messaging agency, was founded in September 2010 by Morgan Stewart and Andrew Kordek, two veterans in the email marketing industry.

Bloxham most recently was at Ball State University, Muncie, Ind., where he was director of Insight and Research at the Center for Media Design, a research and development facility focused on the creation, testing and practical application of digital technologies for business, classroom, home and community. There he became known for groundbreaking observational research into consumer media consumption and measurement, mobile media, eye tracking and advanced usability testing. He also is a respected speaker and author on the topics of marketing and new media, and has counseled global corporations, media owners and government agencies.
