The intention is to submit this proposal to shareholders at the AGM on June 8, 2011. The purpose of the Capital Market Day is to present the two future companies, currently Haldex's divisions, Commercial Vehicle Systems and Hydraulic Systems. At the Capital Market Day, the two divisions will present their organizations, Boards of Directors, future strategies and financial objectives.
