“Citadele Asset Management” IPAS hereby informs that the amendments to the Prospectus and the Fund Management Bylaws of closed-end investment fund “Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund II” were filed with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on April 12, 2011, and became effective April 18, 2011.
As previously mentioned, the general meeting of Fund investors was called on March 20, 2011, where it has been decided to extend the Fund duration by 2 years, i.e. until July 16, 2013, and the necessary amendments to the fundamental documents of the Fund have been adopted.
