In June 2010, The BANK of Greenland issued a secured debenture of DKr 300,000,000 based on an individual guarantee from the Danish government.
Since their issue, the bonds have been in The BANK of Greenland’s own holdings.
As announced in the quarterly report for Q1 2011 and based on its robust liquidity and capital structure, The BANK of Greenland has decided to cancel DKr 200,000,000 nominal of this bond issue. The cancellation will become effective on 11 May 2011.
