Participants in the Company's share option program have on May 10th 2011 exercised a total number of 19 999 options.
Following the exercise, 19 999 shares will be transferred from Petroleum Geo-Services holding of own shares.
Subsequent to the transaction Petroleum Geo-Services ASA holds 351 876 own shares.
