EDISON, NJ--(Marketwire - May 31, 2011) - HRO Today magazine unveiled the annual MSP Baker's Dozen at last week's MSP Summit, which was held in Las Vegas from May 23 - 25, 2011. The coveted Baker's Dozen, a list that was determined from 198 verified surveys completed by MSP buyers at 122 companies, was announced to the standing room only audience on May 25.
The MSP Summit highlights Managed Service Programs, which many organizations are turning to as a Total Workforce Solution. With the workforce continually changing, forward-thinking HR leaders know that engaging contingent labor as part of the entire workforce demands a viable plan to effectively manage and optimize both permanent and contingent talent. A particularly unique and long-term business relationship between providers and practitioners, 91% of surveyed MSP buyers have relied on their providers for more than one year; 66% have renewed with their providers; and 94% have multi-year contracts.
Elliot Clark, publisher of HRO Today and CEO of SharedXpertise, producers of the MSP Summit conference, commented, "The annual Baker's Dozen rankings are based on customer feedback collected from more than 200 confidential surveys received from senior HR and Procurement executives who currently use MSP services. The survey is conducted via a rigorous survey methodology."

Clark continued, "All of the vendors that placed on this year's Baker's Dozen should be proud of their accomplishment, which reflects the confidence in which their customers place in them."
