Be a Hunger Hero During Husky Help the Hungry Week

What: The Hunger Heroes Food Drive- Volunteers from Calgary Police Service, Calgary EMS, Calgary-area Girl Guides, Husky Energy, and Food Bank will be on hand accepting donations of food or funds on behalf of the Calgary Food Bank.

Now in its 14^th year, Help the Hungry Week has brought together organizations from the corporate and community sectors, in support of the Calgary Food Bank. The Hunger Heroes Food Drive is a great way for Calgarians to be part of this important annual campaign. By dropping off a food or cash donation, Calgarians are helping stock the Food Bank's shelves for the summer months, when donations are often slower.
