Tom Knutzen, CEO and Søren Bjerre-Nielsen, CFO will in agreement with DuPont resign from Danisco A/S effective from 17 June 2011.
Consequently, Tom Knutzen and Søren Bjerre-Nielsen will be deregistered in the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency as of 17 June 2011.
On behalf of Danisco and the resigning Board of Directors I would like to thank Tom Knutzen and Søren Bjerre-Nielsen for their loyal and competent efforts over the years. They have both made an important contribution to the successful development of Danisco.
