Agfa-Gevaert NV closes new revolving credit facility


Mortsel / Belgium, June 10, 2011 - 7.45 a.m. CET

 

 

Agfa-Gevaert NV has closed a new five year multi-currency revolving credit facility of 445 million Euro. The new facility will run until May 31, 2016. Added to the loan of 130 million Euro Agfa received from the European Investment Bank at the end of 2010, this new revolving credit facility will replace the existing revolving credit facility that expires in July 2012.
This new revolving credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

 

The new revolving credit facility was arranged and underwritten by a syndicate of six banks: Fortis Bank SA/NV, ING Belgium SA/NV, KBC Bank NV, HSBC France SA, Dexia Bank Belgium SA/NV and Banque LBLUX SA.
