Greg Carr Joins APAC as SVP, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer


BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwire - Jun 14, 2011) - APAC Customer Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: APAC), a leader in global outsourced services and solutions, today announced that industry marketing and sales veteran Greg Carr has joined the company as SVP, CMO and Chief Sales Officer. Mr. Carr joins APAC from Alorica/PRC, where he was senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Mr. Carr brings the benefit of his more than 30 years of industry acumen and marketing and sales leadership to APAC. He has a proven track record of building high-performance marketing and sales organizations, leading transformational change, delivering year-over-year growth and launching innovative solutions. Greg has created profitable business strategies and optimized business models that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction results for clients.

Prior to Alorica/PRC, Greg was Senior Vice President of Sales at OSI, a BPO company in the receivables-management industry. Mr. Carr also spent 28 years in various senior executive sales leadership roles at ADP, a professional services outsourcing leader, including Vice President of Sales for the Claims Services Division.
