IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 16, 2011) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, has partnered with the University of California, Irvine to sell tickets for all athletics events at Anteater Stadium, Crawford Court, Anteater Aquatics Complex and Anteater Ballpark. The partnership will also enable UC Irvine to create a centralized ticket office for all events on campus, including concerts and family shows at the Bren Events Center and performing arts events staged by the Department of Fine Arts. UC Irvine will leverage Paciolan's comprehensive ticketing, fundraising, CRM, and marketing/social media solutions to support Anteater fans and the community alike.

One of these technology tools is Paciolan's CRM solution, which will provide a 360 degree view of customers' ticketing, donation and purchase history to enhance each customer interaction and maximize revenue opportunities. Pac CRM will help UC Irvine cultivate and enrich fan and season ticket holder relationships to more efficiently sell tickets and build lifetime value.
The partnership with Paciolan will also help UC Irvine accomplish its long-term goal of increasing ticket sales to drive future revenue. UC Irvine will implement Paciolan's marketing solutions, including its "Pac Social Media," in conjunction with its Social Media Task Force to interact with Anteater fans and engage its younger fans and students. The university will also integrate Paciolan's PACMail system to send targeted marketing messages to fans and supporters to promote and create awareness of upcoming games and events.
As part of the partnership, UC Irvine will leverage Paciolan's fundraising solution, tFund, which will enable the university to more efficiently manage donations, track donor interactions and recruit new donors.
