Michael O' Callaghan resigns from the Saab AB Board of Directors

Michael O'Callaghan, member of Saab's Board of Directors, has notified
the Board of Directors that he with immediate effect resigns from his
position as a result of BAE Systems' sale of its shareholding in Saab
AB.

Michael O'Callaghan was elected to the Saab Board of Directors at the
Saab AB Annual General Meeting 2011 to replace George Rose as a
representative for BAE Systems.
