DANVILLE, Calif., June 24, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Redwood Group International (Pink Sheets:RDWD) today announced that a client of its Redwood Capital subsidiary, Mongolian Resource Corporation, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), was among the presenting companies at NBT Equity Group's inaugural Emerging Growth Equities Summit on June 21st at the Princeton Club in New York City.
Redwood Capital, a full-service investment bank and advisory firm, assists growing private companies in Mongolia and China with public offerings and financing transactions. Redwood Capital acted as the Asian merchant banking financial advisor for Mongolian Resource Corporation in the transaction that resulted in its ASX listing.
