(OTCQX:CTTC) today announced that Forest Rehabilitation Medicine ("Forest") has begun treating patients with the Calmare® Pain Therapy medical device in its clinic on Staten Island. The Staten Island location and its Medical Director, Jack B. D'Angelo, M.D., MBA, are committed to developing new and challenging programs to enhance patient health and healthcare delivery.
