Kemira Oyj signed EUR 300 million revolving credit facility

Kemira has today signed a five-year EUR 300 million revolving credit facility with 8 banks. This is a committed credit facility to be used for general corporate purposes. New facility replaces 750 million euro facility signed in July 2005 which was undrawn. The loan agreement includes a financial covenant based on gearing.

 

Banks acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Citi, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Pohjola Bank plc and SEB. Deutsche Bank AG and ING Bank N.V. act as Arrangers. Nordea acted as the Coordinator and is the Facility Agent in the Facility.
