informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005,
WKN 508500 have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 28,
2011 and on that day amounted to 3.48% (this corresponds to 319852 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.48% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 319852 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Siemag Weiss Verwaltungs GmbH, Siemag Weiss
GmbH & Co. KG, SMS Holding GmbH and  SMS GmbH, Germany.
