Q2 HIGHLIGHTS

  * Net revenue increased by 17 percent to €55.0 million (€46.8 million)
  * EBIT of €6.7 million (€2.6 million)
  * Sweden improved EBIT by €1.1 million to €4.4 million
  * Offer received from TF1 for Metro France, which has been reclassified as
    assets-held-for-sale and discontinued operations
  * Metro Hungary sold for €0.3 million resulting in a loss of €2.5 million, and
    has been reclassified as discontinued operations
  * Franchise agreement signed for launch of Metro Peru
