Patrick Sandahl has informed PSI Group ASA that he will become a Director at Nordea Corporate Finance as of August 1st.
As a consequence of this and in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Act, Patrick Sandahl has notified the Company that he will resign from the Board August 1st.
This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
