Tekla Corporation will announce its January - June 2011 interim report on
Friday, August 5, approximately at 9.00 a.m. Finnish time. The report will be

Trimble Finland Oy, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Trimble Navigation
Limited, owns 99.46 percent of Tekla shares at the moment. Due to the changes in
the ownership, Tekla will not arrange any information meeting or phone meeting
on the announcement day.
