Managed Cloud Computing Provider Logicworks Selects ScienceLogic IT Management Software

RESTON, VA--(Marketwire - Aug 9, 2011) - Service provider Logicworks has chosen the ScienceLogic^™ Inc. EM7^™ IT operations and cloud management platform to provide its enterprise managed hosting customer base with advanced monitoring options. New York-based Logicworks provides enterprise managed hosting and managed cloud solutions for mission-critical applications and content for clients including Dow Jones, Starwood Hotels, Radar Online, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

These management and automation capabilities will free up staff time for more strategic projects, including using EM7 to create an advanced server monitoring service and a more in-depth application monitoring offering for customers. In addition, the Logicworks Client Services Group will use EM7 to deliver customized, automated reports that detail service levels and usage trends to clients, helping them have better visibility into their cloud and hosting infrastructures at Logicworks.
