In this role, reporting directly to Andy Lee, CEO and Chairman, Alorica, he will head the marketing organization with a charter to provide strategic direction to help continue the company's growth and expansion. Shankardass will be responsible for leading all aspects of product management, strategic planning, business intelligence, brand management, and other associated marketing and communications activities.

He is a known industry executive and has been featured at several industry events and publications including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Economic Times.
