C-Level Additions Propel Remedy Health Media Forward as New Product Mix Further Distinguishes Brand

Industry Veterans Jim Curtis and Kevin Aniskovich Appointed to Key Leadership Positions

The move created the positions of Chief Revenue Officer for Curtis and Chief Innovation Officer for Aniskovich. The new leadership appointments follow Remedy's acquisition of Intelecare Compliance Solutions, a healthcare IT company focusing on medication adherence solutions. The Intelecare acquisition is the latest step in Remedy's strategy to increase its footprint in enterprise technology to increase new and existing product development efforts across its point of care, digital and adherence product lines.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Curtis is responsible for sales, business development and marketing for Remedy's advertising business within the Company's print, digital and mobile product lines. Curtis joins Remedy from Everyday Health where he served in various leadership roles for 5 years. Mike Cunnion, the Company's Chief Executive, commented that "Jim's proven background in building teams and growing revenue allows Remedy to focus on accelerating digital growth while better serving our customers advertising needs that leverage Remedy's robust suite of integrated point of care, digital and mobile solutions."
