Pythian Achieves Three Oracle PartnerNetwork Specializations

OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwire - Sept. 20, 2011) - The Pythian Group, Inc., a leading provider of remote database infrastructure services and a Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced today it has achieved three OPN Specializations.

Pythian's latest Specialization in Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Exadata and Oracle Data Warehousing is proof that the company has demonstrated and met rigorous business and technical competency criteria for these Oracle solutions. Specialization is achieved through competency development, business results, expertise and proven success. OPN Specialized partners are recognized by Oracle and often preferred by customers.

Pythian's most recent Oracle Exadata clients include a major financial services company in New York and an e-commerce company specializing in data aggregation for the travel industry. It also began providing Oracle Exadata services to LinkShare Corporation last summer and continues to support LinkShare's environment.
