On September 23, 2011, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 20, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 2322400 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2322400 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
