50 Cent Concert Highlights Dew Tour at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, October 14

BURR RIDGE, IL--(Marketwire - Oct 4, 2011) - 50 Cent will perform a concert directly following the Skate Street Finals starting at 7:30pm on Friday, October 14. The concert will be held in The Joint as part of the Dew Tour Championships presented by GoDaddy.com in Las Vegas, the final stop of the 2011 season. The four day event held October 13-16 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, will feature the biggest names in action sports and include the Hart & Huntington Best Whip, a specialty FMX contest.

Setting the scene for the evening, Hart & Huntington will be partnering with the Dew Tour once again to bring freestyle motocross to the Dew Tour Championships. Led by FMX legend Carey Hart, the Best Whip contest will feature some of the biggest names in motocross, including Ronnie Renner, Beau Bamburg and Todd Potter. The riders will compete to see who can bring the most impressive whip to the dirt course on Friday, October 14 at 6pm.

Immediately following, fans are invited to The Joint to witness the Skate Street Finals. With a winner takes all competition between Paul Rodriguez and Ryan Decenzo, a heated contest will be the opening act for 50 Cent and determine the 2011 Dew Cup Skate Street winner. Known as one of the biggest commercial hip-hop success stories of the past decade, 50 Cent rose to fame with his breakout album Get Rich or Die Tryin'. 50 Cent's four studio albums have resulted in over 24 million sales worldwide. He is set to release his next album in November, making his performance at the Dew Tour Championships a highly anticipated show in the hip hop industry.

The Dew Tour Championships offers a mix of free and ticketed elements throughout the weekend. Festival Village, featuring sponsor activations and competition venues for BMX dirt and park, and Hart & Huntington Best Whip, is free Thursday through Saturday. Tickets to Friday night's highly anticipated Skate Street Final and 50 Cent concert in The Joint are combined for $65; tables will cost $125 per person. Sunday's Skate and BMX Vert Finals over the HRH Beach Club Pool can be accessed with a $20 general admission ticket.
