Party Pit Thursdays Return to Barona Resort & Casino

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 11, 2011) - Let the fun begin! Barona Resort & Casino is bringing back its popular Party Pit with exciting giveaways and cash prizes. On Thursday, Oct. 13 and Thursday Nov. 17 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., table game players will have the opportunity to participate in high-energy games and contests for the chance to win big.

"The Party Pit is a fun way to give our Club Barona members the chance to win cash and prizes in a spirited atmosphere," said Rick Salinas, general manager of Barona Resort & Casino. "We are fortunate to have most of the table games business in town and with $5,000 in monthly giveaways, we know some of our more 'party animal-type' loyal table game players will look forward to Party Pit Thursdays each month."

To get players in the Party Pit spirit, the casino will be giving away T-shirts and glow necklaces. There will be numerous ways for players to win cash prizes including a "hot seat" drawing, mini blinko, a "make some noise" contest, and high/low and black card/red card games.

To increase the energy and excitement in the Party Pit, DJ Tommy of the Funk Experience will spin the players' favorite tunes from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. He will also encourage guests to get in on the action with dance contests, trivia and a "name that tune" game.

Club Barona members seated at a table with an open card rating are eligible to win a prize. Players must be seated before the table is selected to win. Individual prize amounts range from $5 to $100 for each giveaway.
