NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC'S EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED 

Nordic Aluminium Plc has conducted employee negotiations. These negotiations started on October 12, 2011 and have been concluded on October 26, 2011.

The conclusion of the negotiations is that 8 employment contracts will be terminated.

Terminations will be carried out immediately.
