JD Norman Industries, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Len Industries, Inc.

ADDISON, IL--(Marketwire - Nov 4, 2011) - Diversified metal component manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the assets of Len Industries, Inc., a leading provider of precision machined components. Len Industries operates three plants in Leslie, Mich. and serves customers within the automotive and industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
