Nagaraj has founded three successful San Francisco Bay Area companies. Previously, he was founder, CTO and Vice President of Engineering at Allegro Systems, a networking security startup acquired by Cisco Systems in Sept 2001 for $185 million. At Cisco, Nagaraj held senior management positions in the Security Technology Group, and the Internet Switching Business Unit. Prior to Allegro, Nagaraj was founder of Assured Access Technologies, which developed WAN access and aggregation and was acquired by Alcatel in 1999 for $350 million. Before Assured Access, Nagaraj was one of the principal architects and Director (Engineering) at Mylex, a leading RAID/storage company in the Bay Area. He has also held management positions at Schlumberger, Tata Elxsi and PSI Data Systems. Nagaraj holds 12 patents in storage, security, architecture and networking.
Puri, a speaker at multiple IT and business conferences, has more than 15 years of experience with Internet Infrastructure in corporate and business development, channels, sales, and technical marketing. Previously, she headed business development and corporate strategy for Akamai Technologies. Puri also managed global business operations, channels, and business development for Speedera Networks, acquired in 2005 by Akamai Technologies for a stock transaction worth more than $500 million.
