Anders Knutsson appointed Executive Vice President Operations for System
Integration and Enclosures

Anders Knutsson had been appointed Executive Vice President Operations for
System Integration and Enclosures at PartnerTech. In his position he will be
heading the operational area of Systems Integration and Enclosures, including
PartnerTechs’ sites in Åtvidaberg (Sweden), Moss (Norway), Vantaa (Finland) and
Myslowice (Poland).

Anders, (46), holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of
Technology and has professional experience from Ericsson, Accenture, Flextronics
and FLIR Systems. His most recent position was as Chief Operating Officer at Gas
Control Equipment (GCE) Group in Malmö. Anders main areas of expertise are
Operations, R&D and Business Development, both as manager and as management
consultant.

Anders will assume his role on March 1, 2012 and will be part of PartnerTech
Group Management Team.
