Bjarte Bruheim, Chairman of EMGS's Board, has on 15 December 2011 extended ("rolled") the six-month forward contract of 15 June 2011, relating to the purchase of 1,000,000 shares in EMGS, for a new period of just over six months - until 21 June 2012 - at NOK 11.60 per share.
After these transactions, Mr. Bruheim holds 2,205,088 shares, 100,000 options and a forward contract for 1,000,000 shares in EMGS.
