FirstFarms A/S' Board of Directors has adopted the following financial calendar for 2012:

27 March 2012 Annual report 2011
24 April 2012 Annual general meeting
22 May 2012 Quarterly report (Q1)
21 August 2012 Half year report
20 November 2012 Quarterly report (Q3)

Proposals from the shareholders for discussion on the annual general meeting 24 April 2012 shall be in the Board of Directors' possession at the latest 13 March 2012.
