Final agreement reached in negotiations with raw material supplier
Today, Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S finalised negotiations and entered into an agreement with one of the two suppliers of raw materials, addressing the quality issues, faced by Topsil throughout the past quarters.
The agreement covers new technical specifications as well as commercial issues; among these a minor compensation contained in future pricing. The agreement is effective from 1 January 2012.
The agreement does not affect the expectations to the current financial year.
