Regeneca(TM), Inc. Announces Financial Results Through September 30, 2011


IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 21, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RegenecaTM, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RGNA) today announced that the Company has filed its 10-K for the period ending December 31, 2010, as well as 10-Q's for the quarters ended March 31, 2011, June 30, 2011 and September 30, 2011. These filings bring the Company current with its financial statements as required by the SEC. For the nine months ended September 30, 2011, the Company reported revenues of $2,475,536, a net loss of $3,349,778 and have used $2,391,733 in cash for operations.
