A share capital increase in EMGS following the exercise of options notified 21 December 2011 was registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises on 22 December 2011. As a consequence, the new share capital is NOK 49,360,390.50 divided on 197,441,562 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25. EMGS' Articles of Association have been amended accordingly.
