Balder Acquires Residential Properties in Copenhagen

Balder has on 30 December, 2011 signed an agreement to acquire a residential
block with 523 apartments in Copenhagen for SEKm 1,300. The properties are
located in Österbro, one of the most attractive residential locations in central
Copenhagen.
The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 43,500 square meters
and were constructed in 1995. The acquisition will take place in company form.

Closing will occur during the first quarter of 2012.
The investments are in line with Balder's strategy of owning residential
properties in locations that are growing and also to maintain the balance
between commercial and residential properties.

attractive residential property in a prime location in Copenhagen, at a price as
compared to Swedish conditions are very favorable. The properties have a major
