Premier Alliance Group, Inc. Announces Four New Contracts and Client Wins

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Feb 8, 2012) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a professional services company focused on business and technology advisory and consulting services, announced that it has secured several new contracts with new clients.

The scope of the new clients and business include:

Premier alliance has been awarded a three-year full scope Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) monitoring engagement for a San Diego-based biotech firm. This engagement will involve project management, testing of business and IT controls and assistance with preparation of management's final assessment of the effectiveness of its internal controls.

Additionally, Premier Alliance has won an engagement to manage a one-year SOX implementation effort for Ngmoco:) based in San Francisco. Ngmoco:) develops games and smartphone gaming platforms to unite the globe and is part of DeNa, a Tokyo-based public company. This engagement is expected to be conducted over the next year and conclude in February of 2013.

Premier Alliance has been awarded a new phase of work with a national engineering firm based in Canada. The overall initiative is focused on IT governance & effectiveness and the current phase involves development of an overall IT strategy including: a technology roadmap, technology and application architecture, IT policy and organizational structure.

Premier Alliance has engaged in an effort to become a worldwide leader in networking; the effort is focused on providing business rules engines (BRE) framework and architecture expertise for a key enterprise application.
