As previously announced, PSI Group ASA ("PSI") has applied for delisting of PSI's shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm (see further press release from 17 February 2012). The application has now been approved by NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
The last day of trading of the shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will be 16 March 2012. Following such date, the trading in the PSI share will be concentrated to one regulated market; Oslo Børs.
