This initiative will focus on filling the significant void in existing services for the location of industrial manufacturing sites; distribution sites, and construction services, inside China.

It will also serve the many Chinese companies looking for such space and also for investment and other real estate opportunities within the United States and worldwide.

The firms will offer real estate advisory services to clients having both industrial and commercial real estate needs, both in China and internationally. Kidder Mathews will provide services through 9 offices on the West Coast, while Binswanger will provide support throughout the balance of the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and Synergis will deliver the services throughout their offices in China.

Services provided by the firms will include leasing, sales, asset management, consulting, and corporate advisory services for industrial, office, retail, investments, life science, and technology properties.
