1. On March 02, 2012, Flossbach von Storch SICAV, Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 3.0844% (this corresponds to 647726 Voting Rights).

2. On March 02, 2012, IPConcept Fund Management S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 3.1501% (this corresponds to 661526 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.0844%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 647726 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
