The Spar Nord Foundation has completed its sale of pre-emptive rights as a step in Spar Nord Bank A/S’ ongoing rights issue. The Foundation will use the net proceeds from the sale of pre-emptive rights together with a further DKK 30 million to subscribe for new shares to be issued by Spar Nord Bank by way of exercising the rest of its pre-emptive rights.
